The Canyon Country Discovery Center offers hands-on educational experiences about the Colorado Plateau through learning stations (exhibits), adventure education field trips, workshops, citizen science projects and classes on our campus and throughout the Colorado Plateau.
Museums for All
Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain reduced admission to more than 1,000 museums throughout the United States simply by presenting their SNAP EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer) card.
$1 per Person, up to 4 Individuals Single Entry Admission to Canyon Country Discovery Center.
OUR CAMPUS
Our building incorporates an energy-efficient technology design derived from the Colorado Plateau’s natural and human cultures: a circular visitor's center exhibit hall connects to a south-facing rectangular building with a classroom, conference space, kitchen and staff offices. The Canyon Country Discovery Center is located in Monticello, Utah, a gateway to Utah’s iconic Canyon Country.
